“While spending some time in Orlando riding and hanging out with friends before the Valdosta Yardsale, I took the opportunity to sit down with Dano and shed some light on what goes on behind the scenes of Shredtown. I ventured over to Dano’s house in Windermere and was greeted with a couple beers and a microphone and before I knew it we were deep into how I got into wakeboarding and talked about the creation of our crew and how we became an influencer in the sport of wakeboarding. From our introduction to winching in 2010, our relationship with Slingshot, winning wakeboard video of the year, the Shredtown Jamboree, winning X games Gold, and everything in between. It was a great experience talking to Dano and getting our story out there for people to hear. I’d encourage any rider that wants to talk about their history and their experience in the watersports industry to hit up The Golden Mic podcast and have a chat with the man the myth, Dano the Mano. Have a listen and get some insight into the who, what, when, and where of Shredtown!”    – Davis Griffin
