Slingshot Wake: How to switch your WF1 Foil board to Fins

From Foil to Fins – The WF1 board

One of the niftiest details about the WF1 foil wake board is that it comes equipped with FCSII fin boxes as well as the foil track mount. This means you can warm up with a little wakesurfing sesh, pop the fins off, install the foil, and be back on the water in just a few minutes.

Here’s a quick video that cover the basics of how to switch from foil to fins. One important detail to reiterate is you need to remove all the hardware from the track before using the board as a wakesufer. If you leave the brass nuts in the track, there’s a good chance they’ll fall out in the water and you’ll be out of luck when it comes time to foil.
