2022 has been a breakthrough year for Burlando, blasting onto the scene with a gold medal at Maui Kite Fest, a sweeping win at the Spanish national championships, and a Big Air Kite League win in Brazil.
What is King Of The Air? KOTA is the world’s largest and most extreme kiteboarding event with nuclear wind conditions and waves acting like massive kickers—it’s the ultimate launching pad for big-air progression. This year will mark KOTA’s 10th anniversary, and the waiting period runs from November 24th to December 11th. During this time, the KOTA team will be scouring their weather charts and forecasts, looking for the strongest possible wind to arrive and send out Jeremy and 17 other top-level pros to battle for the honor to be called 2022 KING OF THE AIR!
